We did house remodeling 1583 sq ft and addition 800sq ft with A & O construction. It was not a very easy and straightforward job since the new addition and old house needed to gel perfectly. However, Javier and his team did a fabulous job. The construction quality was good, the finishes were perfect, it was on time, and it was pretty much on budget, as Javier quoted (we had quotes from two other companies). There was barely any day where we didn't have anyone working at the site, The team worked continuously through PG&E delays and still were able to finish it on time. I highly recommend A & O construction.

Javier and team redid the bathroom tile in both of our bathrooms, and in doing so the work was all inclusive of plumbing and removal and installation of our vanities. When we were getting quotes from Lowe's and Home Depot, they wanted us to find someone separate to remove and reinstall the toilets and remove and reinstall the vanities. Javier's team was able to do it all. Javier was quick to respond, quick to quote, communicative throughout the entire process, and his team completed the project in a timely manner. Pictures attached show the floor tile they worked on and the vanity they installed. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or family member.

These guys remodeled our two bathrooms for us and they were amazing to work with. Javier and Juan were extremely responsive and always showed up on time. The bathrooms look amazing and I couldn't be more grateful for their work. The pricing for their work was phenomenal as well. For any other work we do in the future, I will be using them and I highly recommend them for any work that people need done.

Had our water heater start leaking, and on top of that our homes previous owner built around it in a way that was inaccessible. Happened right before Christmas. They came and assessed the same day next day after we decided to do it. Highest praise I have for a contractor - they did exactly what they said, exactly in the time we agreed on, and did it for the estimated price. Will definitely be using them for needs I. The future.

We are very pleased with the work they did. We wont really know until the next big rain if it worked. (french drain behind our garage to stop it leaking) They were quick, professional and efficient. They laid some good looking concrete and cleaned up after themselves too! Wow! I'm impressed.

Javier and his team did a great job with our kitchen and bathroom remodeling. They demolished the old stuff carefully and installed glass tile backsplash, recessed lighting, tile floor for 2 bathrooms, and baseboards, all completed in 5 days as estimated. Javier listened to our preferences. His crew all wore masks to work. They were quick, they worked hard and always cleaned up at the end of each day. We were happy with the quality of their work. Their price was reasonable and we never felt pressured from Javier to expand the project more than we need. We would definitely hire them again for future remodeling projects.

Javier took on projects at my home that other contractors weren't willing to take on, involving wall-mount toilets, bidet seats, and a water softener. The job involved multiple trades, from plumbers to electricians, drywall and painter. Javier got competent tradesmen to show up consistently and got the job done quickly. He made sure to address all my concerns so that the job was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Javier. I will use him again for other home improvements and repairs at my home.

Javier is so very creative, talented and very smart and knowledgeable about all aspects of building a home. My bathroom turned out beautiful!!!
